SHARED LIBRARY / TOT ACCOUNT

Delete your account

Your Spitsbergen Library and TOT Bible sign-in is shared. Deleting it affects both products, including synced study data and access to purchased or gifted books. Download personal EPUB backups and export any notes you want to keep first.

From the Spitsbergen Library app

  1. Open Account and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Choose “Delete shared account” under Privacy and account.
  3. Confirm your identity with your sign-in provider or current password.
  4. Read the deletion details and confirm “Delete shared Library / TOT account.”

The app also offers “Check previous deletion request” if a connection problem interrupts confirmation.

Without the app

Open our help form, choose “Privacy or account request,” and request deletion of your shared Library / TOT account. Provide your account email address. Support will verify ownership before taking action. Never send a password or payment-card details.

What deletion means

Your shared sign-in, server account data and active book-access grants are removed. Account deletion does not issue refunds. A new account with the same email does not automatically inherit deleted purchases. Limited transaction information can remain for accounting, fraud prevention and payment support; Stripe handles its payment records under its own policies. Backups may retain earlier records for their retention period.

The Library app removes that account’s local study and downloads during its deletion flow. Guest study, other accounts, original TOT iCloud data and files copied elsewhere are not automatically deleted by that action. Manage those copies separately.
