SPITSBERGEN LIBRARY · STUDY COMPANION
Terms for
your study.
How to use the library connection and its sources with care.
About the service
Spitsbergen Library helps you study Pastor Mark Spitsbergen’s writings and the TOT Bible using the current public library. It retrieves source passages for ChatGPT to explain and cite. It can help draft Bible studies or messages. It is an AI study tool; it is not Pastor Mark speaking and does not mean he has reviewed or approved a generated answer.
Using answers and sources
Check important statements and quotations against the linked source before relying on them or sharing a message. Generated outlines, applications, and transitions are draft suggestions. Keep source attributions with quotations.
Books, Scripture editions, photographs, and other library materials remain credited to their authors and rights holders. This service does not grant additional publication or redistribution rights to those materials.
Access and appropriate use
Use the service for lawful study, research, and message preparation. Do not attempt to bypass capacity limits, disrupt the service, obtain private files, or misrepresent generated text as an authentic quotation or approval from an author. The connection cannot edit, delete, upload, or publish library materials or process purchases.
Avoid sending confidential or unnecessary personal information. In particular, do not put passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or private medical or counseling records in a library search.
Availability and changes
Library coverage and availability can change as the public collection is maintained. A forthcoming edition is identified as such. A title in the catalog may not yet be searchable. The connection may temporarily limit requests or become unavailable; it does not promise that every question can be answered from the available sources.
ChatGPT and other websites
Your ChatGPT account and conversations are handled by OpenAI under its own terms and settings. Linked websites have their own terms. The library connection’s information practices are described in our privacy policy.
